Craft

A standard of materials, process, and execution.

Every specification is fixed before production begins. Nothing is left to interpretation.

Origin & Standard

Production takes place in León, Guanajuato — one of the highest-concentration shoemaking regions in the world. The city is selected for capability, not symbolism.

The workshops employed operate with generational expertise in leather construction. Their tolerances and finishing standards exceed what industrialized production can sustain.

Design direction governs production — not the reverse. Every proportion, material specification, and construction tolerance is resolved in Phoenix, Arizona before a pattern reaches the workshop floor.

Materials

Each material is selected as a performance specification — evaluated for structure, durability, and behavior under wear.

  • Full-grain leather — primary uppers
  • Exotic skins where specified — ostrich, stingray, python
  • Leather linings for breathability and longevity
  • Lightweight rubber soles engineered for daily wear

Construction

  • Pattern cutting by dedicated cutting specialists
  • Upper assembly by role-assigned construction teams
  • Stitching executed to fixed-tolerance specifications
  • Multi-stage inspection gated at each phase before release

Production

Output is governed by the standard. Each production run is completed, inspected, and cleared before the next begins.

Pacing is deliberate. Consistency across every unit takes priority over volume or acceleration.

Only pieces that survive this process are released.

The process does not change.
